the purple lines are "is", and if it has a cross through it it means they're an alternate version - either from a different timeline (Mami and Kyouko), or clones (Kazumi+Michiru and Nico+Kanna). Blue dotted lines is allies/friends. Green seems to be teammates/allies. Red dotted is crush. Red is enemies/animosity.
Kinda surprised Mirai doesn't have a crush-line to Saki. Yuri goggles or not, Mirai does explicitly say "I love you" to her. Well, her witch, but my point stands.

According to the key, green = contractual relationship with Kyubey (Jubey, for the Pleiades), purple unbroken line = original and clone, red = antagonistic, blue dotted line = friendly with/allies, double purple line with slash = cross-verse parallel existences (where Homura in particular is denoted "the same person"), red dotted line = goodwill. Though considering that the only dotted red lines are for Sayaka and Hitomi toward Kyosuke the intention is obvious.
OTOH Kirika is said to "love Oriko completely, body and soul," and the "mutual codependency" of their relationship has to be the gayest thing on the chart. Blue dotted line.
