Additional production books

I've been hearing of another couple of production books (not the special edition production notes or the official guidebook) that compiles frame sketches from the production of the show. One was supposedly released at Comic Market 80, and another, something that I heard in passing (From a news article?), is due to be released near the end of this year. Do you have any idea what they are? - Lord of the Kakapos 17:45, 24 August 2011 (UTC)

I've seen the first one but I didn't add it since 1) I'm not sure if/when it will be sold outside of C80 and 2) the storyboard compilation is of several anime, not just Madoka. I'm not sure which you mean exactly by the second one...I would need more details. Do you mean this Otona Anima magazine supplement? http://store.shopping.yahoo.co.jp/amiami/bok-4761.html It's a study that's generally on magical girl anime with many interviews. It's going to include posters from Minky Moto and Madoka.
FYI, I generally do not post items I know of as soon as I hear about it on the wiki. I wait until there's some substance to post about it and preferably a good source...and relevancy too. --randomanon 18:27, 24 August 2011 (UTC)
I have to agree with you that these aren't really things to post on proper wiki articles though for roughly the same reason; neither would I want to waste cash if getting both will prove to be redundant, which is why I have doubts jumping in on the C80 one until I know if another future PMMM production compilation (or the Puella Magi Production Note) offers the same material from the show.

I'll sieve though my Internet history on the second one and get back to you; I know I read about it somewhere. - Lord of the Kakapos 19:30, 24 August 2011 (UTC)

Found it:
"To be published this winter -- Key Animation collection of PMMM. Not sure if it has any resemblance to the production notes being sold in Comiket." (image)
The cover seems to imply coverage of only PMMM production sketches, but I have little exact info on its contents. That's why I couldn't verify if it's the same as the one at Yahoo Auctions. - Lord of the Kakapos 02:53, 26 August 2011 (UTC)
