Summary
An energetic, unyielding, and unfettered magical girl. As she hates witches from the bottom of her heart and wants to get revenge for her parents, she lives as a "mercenary" waging war against witches all over Kamihama. Her wild expressions during battle are influenced by shounen manga. However, she is gentle at heart and loves animals.“My parents were killed by a witch. Witches… I’ll get rid of all of them…! I absolutely won’t lose!”
Side Story
The team of Nanaka Tokiwa, Akira Shinobu, Meiyui Chun, and Kako Natsume fight a witch along with Felicia. However, Felicia attacks indiscriminately, prompting Nanaka to order the others to hold Felicia back. Kako says she feels uneasy. When Akira and Meiyui attack the witch, Felicia tells them to stay out of her way. Meiyui argues against this, but Felicia points out if she fights it it's easier on the others. Felicia launches an attack that hits Akira with the shockwave.
Afterward, Akira credits Meiyui for saving her. Felicia apologies saying that this always happens when the blood rushes to her head. Felicia points out that she still defeated the witch, but Nanaka is not amused. Kako asks Felicia why she hates witches, and Felicia answers it's the duty of magical girls to fight them. Nanaka says they won't fight alongside Felicia anymore, and that she can leave. Felicia protests, but Nanaka says that Felicia is a poor teammate who puts her allies in danger. Felicia leaves in a huff, telling the others they'll be sorry someday. Afterward, Kako admits she's worried about Felicia. Felicia narrates that she knew she wasn't compatible with Nanaka from the start.
Kyubey arrives before a fuming Felicia. Felicia belated realizes she didn't collect her reward from Nanaka's group. Kyubey suggests she go back and get it, but Felicia says it's embarrassing. Kyubey guesses this is "saving face". When Felicia complains she has little money, Kyubey suggests she get some, preferably from a place with lots of it. Felicia says she's not going to steal. Felicia then gets an idea. She'll look for a witch and wait for magical girls to arrive, then ask them to hire her. Finding a witch's barrier, Felicia waits.
One hour later, Felicia encounters Asuka Tatsuki and Sasara Minagi. Felicia offers to help them fight the witch in exchange for payment. The two girls decline. After much prompting, Asuka explains she heard rumors about Felicia and how she causes trouble for those around her. She also says that Felicia will demand an extremely high payment. Asuka turns to leave, but Felicia yells at them to wait. She insists the rumors were lies. She insists that she never took anything like high payment.
When Sasara asks Felicia's price, Felicia says it's 1000 yen. Sasara think it's more money that she expected, while Asuka thinks it too cheap. Felicia says she also accepts a Grief Seed as payment. Asuka doesn't believe her, and wonders if Felicia is strong. Felicia gets angry Another hour later, Felicia destroys the witch almost single-handedly. She laughs and says she's Kamihama's strongest mercenary. Sasara and Asuka agree Felicia is strong, but point out since she beat the witch there's no reason for them to hire to her. Allowing Felicia to keep the Grief Seed, the girls depart. Felicia thinks that the girls screwed her over, as if they just made her fight.
Afterward, Kyubey tells an angry Felicia she's going on a rampage. Suddenly Kako appears. Kako admits she was worried about Felicia and wishes she could get along with everyone else. She suggests Felicia stop getting into fights with others. Felicia says she doesn't need someone as weak as Kako to worry about her, and believes she's only there because Nanaka told her to. Felicia tells Kako to leave, and storms off. Felicia shortly regrets the decision, thinking she went too far.
Several days later, Felicia asks Asuka and Sasara to hire her again. Although they're reluctant, Felicia says she can't even eat unless she gets work. Asuka relents, claiming Felicia's honest feelings came through to her. Sasara says Asuka becomes single-minded when she gets like that and agrees. The girls hunt down a witch. Meanwhile, Kako makes contact with Kyubey and asks him about Felicia. She says she senses something dangerous in her heart. Kyubey thinks that their hearts might be sympathizing with each other and that their "feelings" are colliding. Kyubey thinks that's why Felicia acted that way, and mutters something about a possibility that might connect to a new fate. Kyubey then says he'll tell Kako how Felicia became a magical girl.
As Felicia and the other girls fight the witch, Kyubey explains that Felicia's parents died when she pulled a prank while her mother was cooking. It started a fire that spread through their condo. Kyubey came to offer Felicia a contract, and her wish was "I want you to make it so what just happened never happened". However, the wish was granted in a different way. Elsewhere, Asuka notes the witch is really strong. The witch attacks, but is blocked by Felicia, who tells the witch not to lay a finger on Asuka.
Back with Kako, Kyubey explains Felicia made her wish while confused, which altered the way it came true. It caused her memories to be altered, making her believe her parents were killed by a witch. The condo was restored, as if the fire never happened in the first place. The neighbors also had their memories altered to believe Felicia's parents went missing. Only Kyubey remained aware of the truth. Kako is horrified, but Kyubey says there's nothing they could do.

Kyoko Sakura fights a witch. She thinks she moved to Kamihama City looking for witches, but didn't think there would be so many, or that they'd be so hard. She thinks Mami Tomoe might have a way to help, but they aren't close anymore. Kyoko tries to kill the witch, but then Felicia appears and delivers the last blow. Felicia says she didn't see Kyoko there and argue over who gets the Grief Seeds. Felicia suggests they share it and purifies their Soul Gems. Kyoko concedes, since the Grief Seed is used up. Afterwards, Kyoko feels hungry and a flyer falls into Felicia's face. It turns out Mitama Yakumo is looking for magical girls to taste test her cooking. Eager to get food, Felicia leads Kyoko to Mitama's, explaining her services on the way.
Mitama introduces herself to Kyoko and is happy that she and Felicia arrived. Mitama prepares to cook, but the girls quickly find that she can't hold a knife, which goes flying into the ceiling. Mitama explains she's just making meat and potatoes. Kyoko and Felicia offer to cut and peels the ingredients just to keep Mitama from turning utensils into weapons. After preparing the ingredients, Mitama prepares the seasoning. The girls are later seen shopping for groceries. It turns out that Mitama was using paint as a seasoning.
The girls refuse to let Mitama try making a meal again. Kyoko order to get her a meal, even frozen food or something ready-made. Mitama thinks putting ready-made food together counts as cooking. She goes with Felicia to shop, while a tired Kyoko waits for them. Kyoko thinks she could ditch them, but she's too hungry and willing to wait for a free meal. The meal turns out to be a mess made of ready-made things. Felicia says she put all her favorite things in there, even the one with the toy inside the chocolate. Fortunately, she made sure to take the toy out. Kyoko and Felicia dig into it.
As it turns out, Mitama's meal is horrible. Since Kyoko never wastes food she eats it all anyway and passes out. When she wakes up, Mitama claims her food was so delicious it made Kyoko and Felicia pass out. Kyoko then notices her body feels hot. Felicia explains she used her powers on Kyoko and Felicia's Soul Gems while they were passed out. Kyoko realizes the heat is her own magic, and Felicia tells her she'll get used to it. Mitama then offers the girls a limited-time only service at her shop, and pouts that she failed twice in a row. She explains that the other day she caused trouble when she made sweets for some girls. Kyoko asks if she's talking about Mami. Mitama asks if they're friends, and Kyoko says she's kind of like one. Felicia and Kyoko depart, with Kyoko saying that Mitama's food is the kind you only gave once in a lifetime. Mitama is happy she has new customers.
