Hanokage (ハノカゲ Hanokage) illustrated the manga version of Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica.
Madoka Magica Manga
Hanokage adapted Madoka Magica into a manga using Gen Urobuchi's original scripts. She made some interpretations that diverged from the anime when the script was ambiguous, such as having Sayaka kill the hosts on the train, as mentioned in this Urobuchi interview.
