Summary

Basically a magical girl who loves books. She is the only daughter of a family that runs a rare book store in Kamihama City called "Natsume Library", and her mother is a Japanese teacher. She lives a life of reading. She is kind-hearted, and while she doesn't draw attention to herself, when her time to shine comes, she carries the mental strength to properly assert herself.

Kako contracted with Kyubey after her family's bookstore was burned down as a result of arson.

Etymology

• The characters of her last name mean "summer" (夏) and "eye" (目), respectively.
