A number of official manga have been published for the series.

Anime manga

The following three series began during or after the initial broadcast of Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica
A direct adaptation of the anime, that used the same source material and was developed in parallel with the anime production. It was published as three volumes. The first volume was released on February 12 2011, the second on March 12, 2011, and the third and final volume was released on May 30th, 2011.
Puella Magi Kazumi Magica: The Innocent Malice
The first spin-off manga featuring different characters. It started serialization in the Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine on January 24, 2011 and ended on November 24, 2012. The first volume was released on May 12, 2011, the second on October 12, 2011, the third on March 12, 2012, the fourth on September 12, 2012, and the fifth and final volume was released on January 12, 2013.
Puella Magi Oriko Magica
The second spin-off manga, which was released after the anime broadcast. The first volume was released on May 12, 2011, and the second and final volume was released on June 13, 2011.

Movie manga

The following three series began during or after the premiere of Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie.

Beginnings and Eternal

Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Different Story
The third spin-off manga, which was released after the premiere of the the first two movies. The first volume was released on October 12, 2012, the second on October 19, 2012 and the third and final volume was released on on November 12, 2012.
Puella Magi Oriko Magica: Extra Story
A one-book collection of several Oriko Magica side-stories, released on September 12, 2013. The book contains stories originally published in Manga Time Kirara Magica.

Rebellion

The following four series began after the premiere of the Rebellion movie.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie: Rebellion
A direct adaptation of the Rebellion movie. It was be published as three paperback volumes in Japan and will be published in one hardback volume in English. The first volume was released on November 12 2013, the second on December 12, 2013, and the third in January 10, 2014.
New Contract: Puella Magi Oriko Magica: Sadness Prayer
A prequel to Oriko Magica, explaining the events that took place before Oriko Magica. It began serialization in Manga Time Kirara Magica on November 8, 2013, with the final book being released in Japan on September 12, 2013.
Puella Magi Tart Magica: The Legend of "Jeanne d'Arc"
A spin-off manga that began serialization in Manga Time Kirara Magica on November 8, 2013.
Puella Magi Suzune Magica
The final Rebellion spin-off manga. The first volume was released on November 12, 2013 before it began serialization in the Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine on November 22, 2013.

Other

Manga Time Kirara Magica
The official Madoka Magica manga anthology magazine, which began on June 8, 2012. Most of the magazine's manga are comedic, non-canonical works, but it also serializes a few spin-offs including the Oriko Magica continuations and Tart Magica. See the magazine's own page for a list of all of its series.
