Maaki Hiramatsu (平松 正樹 Hiramatsu Masaki) is the writer for the spin-off manga, Puella Magi Kazumi☆Magica. His catchphrase is "ciao", which he uses in interviews and also occasionally as dialogue in his works.

Kazumi Magica Manga

Hiramatsu writes the story and script for Kazumi☆Magica, which is an original story illustrated by Takashi Tensugi. The manga features new characters in a different city from the anime.
