Based on the timing of Yaraon's entry, I'm thinking they got it off the wiki. I did tell you that they read this wiki regularly--it's one of the perma-links they list on the Madoka 2ch threads--so you see things posted there and on related blogs all the time that came from the wiki. They often notice our mistakes as well and sometimes one shows up as a guest to fix it. --randomanon 14:30, 30 May 2011 (UTC)

Hm, it should have been detected. My guess is they caught it the second time because someone was looking for manga information. Also there was a series of fan pics related to manga purchases posted on the wiki that came from 2ch around the same time, and that might have caught their attention. --randomanon 14:49, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
