(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"There once lived two children named Bruno and Elise. Everyone who knew them would talk about the kind brother and sister who lived near the forest."	「ある森の近くに ブルーノとエリーゼという 心優しいきょうだいが住んでいました」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"Unfortunately, the two were penniless. They could barely keep food in their stomachs, let alone mend their tattered clothes."	「だけど、ふたりは貧しく 食べるものにも困るような 苦しい生活を送っていました」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"Then one day, a fox appeared on their doorstep."	「すると、そこに１匹のキツネが ふたりの家を訪ねてきました」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"The fox cried, 'I hurt my leg and cannot hunt for food! And I'm so very, very hungry...'"	『足を怪我して、狩りができずに 腹ペコなんです…』
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"The two children knew very well the awful grumble of an empty stomach. Taking pity on the fox, they treated its leg and shared some of the little food they had."	「そうは言ってもふたりだって空腹… だけど、心優しいふたりは キツネの怪我を手当てして 自分たちの食べ物を譲ってあげました」

Mito Aino / 相野みと	(These kids are all ears... They must be really into it!)	（子どもたち、引き込まれて 　真剣に観てる…）
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"The next day, Bruno and Elise went out to look for something to fill their empty bellies when they saw the very same fox waiting on top of a hill."	「次の日、きょうだいは空腹に耐えかねて 食べ物を探しに出かけます すると、ある丘の上で 昨日助けたキツネが待っていました」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"They ran up to meet it, and the fox said to them, 'Thank you so much for your kindness. Please take these sweet grapes I gathered for you.'"	『お礼に甘いぶどうを たくさん持ってきました』
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"The children thanked the fox and plucked the bunches of grapes from its mouth."	「きょうだいは 『ありがとう』とお礼を言って ぶどうを受け取りました」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"On the way home, they met a mother with her young child who both seemed very hungry. 'Urghhh,' growled their tummies."	「そして家に帰る途中… ふたりは小さな子を連れた母親に会いました 親子は、とてもお腹を空かせているようでした」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"'Oh please, could you spare some grapes for my child?', the mother pleaded."	『どうか、この子にだけでも ぶどうを分けてもらえませんか』
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"Bruno turned to Elise. 'Let's give them some grapes!' And Elise replied, 'Yes, of course!'"	「ブルーノは 『ふたりにぶどうをあげよう』と言い エリーゼは『もちろん！』と答えました」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"And so...for every person they met along the path home, the two would give them grapes. By the time they got back, they had only a single bunch left."	「…こうしてブルーノとエリーゼは 途中で誰かに会うたびに ぶどうをあげてしまったので 家に着いたとき、手元に残っていたぶどうは たったのひと房だけでした」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"So they decided to split it between them and placed the last bunch on a large plate."	「そして家に戻ったきょうだいは 残った最後のひと房を半分ずつ食べようと お皿の上に載せました」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"And suddenly...the grapes turned gold, shining and sparkling with light!"	「するとそのとき…最後のひと房が 光り輝く黄金のぶどうに変わったのです！」
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"The children were so surprised, they almost forgot how hungry they were!"	「ふたりはあっけに取られて 少しの間、空腹も忘れてしまうほどでした」
	But grapes made of gold'll break your teeth!	ねえ、金のぶどうって 食べられないよね？
Old Man / おじいさん	You're very clever! But they knew that if they took them into to town...	そうだね、だけど 町に持っていったら
Old Man / おじいさん	...then they could sell them for so much money that they'd never need to worry about food for the rest of their lives.	一生、食べ物に困らないくらい 価値があると言われて
Old Man / おじいさん	In fact, the two were flabbergasted to hear how much they were worth!	ふたりとも びっくり仰天したそうだよ
	Oooh!	へぇー！
(Narration) Old Man / おじいさん	"And thus, the brother and sister came into a large fortune. But even after that, they made modest and happy lives for themselves, never forgetting the importance of kindness."	「…こうして、きょうだいは 大きな財産を手に入れましたが ふたりはそのあとも優しさを忘れず 慎ましく幸せに暮らしたそうです」
