Just a little theory.
Her minion's name is Ulla.
That name could came from Ursula,that means "little she-bear".
So,can she be the Puella Magi with the bear hat from Episode Twelve?

:No idea. TBH it looks like someone took the production note and textured it like the familiar. Isn't this what happened with the card for [[Uhrmann]] until recently when it showed up in Magireco? ::Uhrmann's previous card I know for sure was using production note art, but Suleika's here looks nothing like their art from the production note to me.
