Alina Gray is a non-playable character in the 2017 mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record. Arina first appeared in the opening video to Magia Record, however she did not appear in-game until October 2017's Magical Halloween Theater event. She was later released as a playable character on March 2, 2018.

• The characters of her name use katakana as she is a foreign born magical girl.

• Old Dorothy is a reference to a woman who was rumored to be a witch.
• Alina's weapon looks like the HIV virus's envelope and her doppel used to show the virus's anatomy.
  • Her weapon also resembles a rubik's cube
• In an update to the game, Alina's doppel was changed to not show the HIV virus anatomy comparison video
