Fate T. Harlaown is a character from the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha franchise.
In 2019, Fate was made into a playable character in Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record, as part of a Nanoha event.

Summary
A quiet and gentle magical girl, she attends the private school Seishou Elementary. A denizen of the world Midchilda, she utilizes her speed magic to excel at attacking with a single shot. Her mother caused her to clash with Nanoha, but now, she's an airman at the Time-Space Administration Bureau alongside her. She not good with shampoo.

Fate isn't a traditional Puella Magi but still can become a magical girl because of her device Bardiche that grants her magical abilities in the first place. Fate can manipulate lightning based magic into various ways, mostly in the forms of projectiles and lasers. She also seems to be skilled in using a blade as her device naturally takes on this form and she can use it with little to no issue. Fate also seems to be skilled in speed magic.
