Folklore of Zero
The Folklore of Zero (午前0時のフォークロア) (or Folklore of 0) is an enigmatic, secret society organization of Magical Girls formed in Arc 2 of Magia Record. they claim "We are the 'Folklore of Zero', who believe the beginning of the end" in Arc 2 Chapter 6.
Summary
The history and goals of Folklore of Zero are currently unknown, though they very likely concern a magic pocket watch possessed by member Rabi Himuro. What this watch indicates or counts down to is unknown.
Somehow, they related with Professor Tasuke Satomi(father of Nayuta Satomi), a folklorist who research the History of Magical girl and way to Redemption of Magical girls from their Cruel fate. and for some reason, they didn't want Tasuke to meet other Magical girls. Rabi Himuro tried to preclude a meeting between Nayuta and her Mother, and when Kagome Satori said "going to get some help from the Touka, Nemu, Nayuta and Mr. Tasuke Satomi" for her job(write about and pass on the legacy of Magical Girls), Ulala Yume suddenly appear with immense hostility and almost Kill Kagome.
the Ideology of Folklore of Zero is based on radical nihilism. Members of Folkore think even the girl who struggle against fate eventually resign herself soon enough, just like Folkore of Zero themselves. and other Magical girls also should be. for instance, Asahi think Magical girl itself is futile, so she think 'Even if i save some Magical girl's Life from despair, there won't be any changes' and don't understand why Life of a Magical girls should be saved from desperation. which mean the cheapening of Magical girl life is a widespread trend in the organization, and they do not hesitate to disturb the way to Redemption of Magical girls by any means necessary - such as leaking misinformation to other Magical girl about her Father, or commit murder attempt against a person who trying to write about and pass on the legacy of Magical Girls for Reveal their hard work and exploits to general public.
