Summary

A cheerful, family-oriented magical girl who attends Private Seishou Elementary School. A Magical Girl who was chosen to become the Mistress of the Night Sky. She was saved by Nanoha after becoming a victim of a space crime. Hayate eventually became a Mage Knight for the Administrative Bureau. She now fights crime with the guardian knights, and is also a talented cook.

Etymology

• The characters in her last name mean "eight" (八), and "god" (神) respectively. Her first name means "gale" or more literally "swift wind"
