Iroha-chan is a version of Iroha Tamaki that debuted in the mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record, during it's Kamihama Twinkle Rarity Star event. She is supposed to represent the Iroha seen in Magia Report.

- Her illustrator is PAPA, artist of The Veranda of Madoka and Magia Report
- Iroha-chan is event-limited.
- Pretty much everything about the character is a reference to Magia Report, including her playable status.
- Both her sprite and Live3D model are an animated PAPA drawing.
