Junichiro Taniguchi

Junichiro Taniguchi (谷口淳一郎, Taniguchi Junichiro) is the chief animation director for Puella Magi Madoka☆Magica. He is also the character designer for the Madoka Magica Movies.

His main job as animation director is making sure the series and characters hold unity overall. There are around 10 people who create the original pictures and movement, one or two people who make corrections and Taniguchi who oversees these.
