Asunaro City's magical girl who has lost her memory. She usually acts with Umika Misaki and Kaoru Maki, as well as living together with them. She has an unusually strong love of food, likes to eat, and has considerable skill when cooking. She can guess a witch's whereabouts by the condition of her hair.
Doppel Description
The Doppel of hunger. Its form is a black chef. The master of this emotion is very particular about food, many times moreso than other people. It doesn’t matter whether its targets are Puella Magi, witches, or whatever else. It will cook anything it can get its hands on, and stuff it into its body. It’s a chef born of pure appetite; a Doppel of gluttony that devours everything in its path and returns it all to nothingness. Its table is always set with countless plates. If you’re seated next to it in battle, you’d better hope you don’t end up on the menu yourself…

- Her illustrator is her co-creator Takashi Tensugi.
- Along with Kaoru Maki, Kazumi is the first event-limited girl in Magia Record that must be obtained from the gacha when she is available.
- Her design is displayed inconsistently throughout the game. Her animation has her pom-poms replaced by Roman numerals signifying her status as the 13th clone of Michiru and lacks her cape, something that is never seen prior. Meanwhile, her four-star card depicts her with long hair, but there's nowhere in the game she's long-haired.
