Description

A Magical Girl who lives in Takarazaki City. Kuroe fights alongside Iroha from time to time, but mostly they're acquaintances who get together on a regular basis to exchange information. Kuroe is afraid of fighting in life or death battles and wishes she could be saved from being a Magical Girl. She begins to become obsessed with Kamihama City after hearing a certain rumor.

Etymology

The first kanji in her name means "black". The second kanji means "creek"

Trivia

Kuroe's magical girl form looks a lot like Iroha's magical girl outfit. Both wear cloaks that cover part of their hair and extends to their hip height, and both of them bare their midriff.
Her name, her magical girl form and her description has given birth to speculation that she may be Kuro. In addition, both become Black Feathers, and both made wishes having to do with the person they liked.
- However, in Magia Report, Kuroe and Kuro are treated as different characters.
She shares a voice actress with Nadeko Sengoku.
