Madman Entertainment announced on December 2011 that Puella Magi Madoka Magica will be released in three volumes starting in April 2012. More information on the Australian releases can be found here [1]. It uses the North American Aniplex dubs and has no extras. The first release date is April 18, 2012. The format is DVD, Region 4 (PAL).

Broadcasting on ABC3

abc3 announced on January 2013 that it would be airing Puella Magi Madoka Magica on Janurary 6th on the primetime slot 8:15pm. Peculiarly abc3 lists the show as a Children's program and is rated PG however the DVD is classified as Mature.
