It is expected to be published on [http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/4796685251/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=AN1VRQENFRJN5 October 12, 2011] by Takarajimasha.  The author is Kishikawa Xinpian.
Unfortunately, the comments from esteemed director Mamoru Oshii [http://www.kyo-kan.net/archives/2011/10/post_891.html were not present] in the publication as advertised. The description of the book has been updated to reflect this.
