Madoka-senpai is a version of Madoka Kaname that debuted in the mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record, during it's April Fool's 2018 events. She is supposed to represent the Madoka seen in Magia Report.

Summary

In order to deliver the charm of Magireco, this Mitakihara magical girl will always continue to chase the latest information. Initially her task was to make Iroha Tamaki into a praiseworthy protagonist, but recently they've been running around Kamihama with utter abandon.

Trivia

• Her illustrator is PAPA, artist of The Veranda of Madoka and Magia Report
• Madoka-senpai is event-limited
• Pretty much everything about the character is a reference to Magia Report, including her playable status.
• Both her sprite and Live3D model are an animated PAPA drawing.
• The name of her Magia obviously is a pun on the legendary weapon Excalibur, but is also likely a reference to the Fate/Stay Night franchise, especially the mobile game Fate/Grand Order
• She's not canon...or is she?
