Madoka Magica Online Story Quest 2

The following dialogue appears in the second quest in the Madoka Magica Online Story.

Mami	この辺りは学生同士のケンカが多い って聞いたんだけど……。 魔女の気配はないようね。	Mami: I heard fights have been happening frequently around the school, but I don't sense a witch nearby.
Mami	どう？　Playerさん。	What do you think, (Player)-san?
Mami	え？　魔力の結界を感知したの？ 凄いわ。　あなたは誰より優れた 感知能力を身につけてるみたいね。	What? You sense a barrier around here? You're sharp. Your tracking senses seem to be best among us.
Mami	この結界は……どうやら使い魔ね。 みんなに連絡して、すぐに結界に 入りましょう。	This barrier... It must be a familiar. Let's tell everyone else and enter it as soon as possible.
Mami	そうそう､ひとつお願いがあるんだ けど……魔女ではなく、使い魔を 見つけた時も同じように知らせてね。	Oh, that's right. I have a request for you. Please tell us about any witches and familiars you spot.
Mami	使い魔はグリーフシードを落とす事は ないの。だけど、魔女と同じくらい 危険なことに変わりはない……。	Familiars don't drop Grief Seeds, but the danger they pose is no different than a witch.
Mami	そのことを忘れないで。	Don't forget that.

Kyoko	今回はただの使い魔だったなー。 使い魔の時は魔女に育つまで放って おきたいよなぁ。	This time it was just a familiar, huh. When it's a familiar, magical girls should ignore it until it grows (into a witch).
Sayaka	あんたはまたそういうこと言って！	Say that shit again!
Sayaka	使い魔を放っておくだなんてこと、 例え冗談でも絶対口にしちゃ ダメでしょうが！！	Saying we should just ignore familiars, always joking around like that isn't right!
Madoka	ズルいなぁ、さやかちゃん。 さっきから自分だけ杏子ちゃんと 仲良くしちゃって……！	That's harsh, Sayaka-chan. You and Kyoko-chan were such good friends earlier...
Kyoko x Sayaka	ど、どこが仲がいいってぇ？！	When did we ever say we were friends?!
Homura	……あなたたち、 息はピッタリ合ってるじゃない。 仲がいい証拠だと思うけど。	...you guys, you're wasting your breath. I just think it's good to be allies.

Homura	……Player、 あなたも気付いたのね。 近くに魔女が結界を発生させた……。	...(Player). I'm sure you noticed it too. The witch's barrier revived itself.
Homura	これは……この前と同じ使い魔の 結界ね。こっそり隠れて力を蓄えて いたようだわ。随分成長している…。	This is... It's the same barrier as the familiar we fought earlier. It's creeping around the area and absorbing energy into itself. It's improving rapidly...
Homura	私は、魔女か使い魔かにはこだわらな いわ。チームを組む時、巴マミと その辺の話をした覚えもないし……。	I don't seek to meddle with witches or familiars. When this team was formed, I don't recall agreeing with Tomoe Mami to join.
Homura	あなたはどうしたいの、 Player？	What will you do, (Player)?
Homura	そう……あなたがそう言うなら、 異存はないわ。　みんなに連絡して、 さっさと使い魔を倒しましょう。	I see... If that's what you want, I have no complaints. Call everyone here so we can defeat the familiar.

Kyoko	ちぇっ……あたしは使い魔なんざ 相手にしたくねーって言ってるだろ？ それをわざわざ呼び出しやがって！	Che... I said before I don't deal with familiars, remember? But you girls hollered for me anyways!
Mami	そのわりには「新米どもにはまかせて おけない」って、 随分張り切ってたじゃない？	And who was the one who said, "I can't leave it up to those rookies!" and fought her hardest for them?
Kyouko	なっ何言ってやがんだマミ！	Wha-what're you're saying, Mami-san?!
Kyouko	あたしは結界が見つかったから来い って言われただけで、別に心配なんか してねぇんだからな？！	I just came here because you guys said there was a barrier! I-I wasn't worried one bit!
Madoka	杏子ちゃん……ありがとね。	Kyoko-chan... Thank you.
Kyouko	だ、だから違うって言ってんだろが！	Y-You've got it all wrong!
Kyouko	そ、それより、まだ結界が残ってる かも知れねぇぞ！ 気合入れて探せよ、お前ら！！	Th-there still might be more barriers around here! Get your butts moving, girls!

Madoka	みんな！　大変！　大変なの！！ ワンちゃんが……。	Oh, everyone! It's terrible! A puppy...
Madoka	……見ている前でワンちゃんたちが 結界に飲み込まれちゃったの！！	Lots of puppies just wandered into a barrier right in front of me!
Sayaka	ワンちゃん？　そういえばあたしも さっき子犬を何匹か見かけたけど、 ……まさかその子たちが結界に？	Puppies? Ah, that's right. We did see puppies the other day. You're talking about them?
Kyouko	おいおい、人間だけじゃなく、 わざわざ犬を助けに行くってのか？	Whoa, hold up. We're saving people and puppies now?
Kyouko	……まぁ結界に入る分には 別に構わねーけど……。	...Well, I suppose anything wandering into a barrier counts.
Mami	いいじゃない、私は賛成よ。 犬でも人でも関係なく助けたい……。 そういう気持ちが一番大切ですもの。	Why not? I approve saving them too. It doesn't matter who or what they are. The thought of rescuing something is what counts.
Mami	ね、鹿目さん？	Right, Kaname-san?
Madoka	お願い……。 わたし、ワンちゃんたちを 絶対助けたい！	Please, I want to save those puppies.
Madoka	杏子ちゃん、 Playerちゃん、 力を貸して！！	Kyoko-chan, (Player)-chan, please lend me your strength!

Mami	これで全部みたいね？ ふふ……可愛いわ、この子たち。 みんな無事でよかったわね、鹿目さん	Is this all of them? Fufu... They're so cute. Good for you, Kaname-san.
Madoka	ありがとうマミさん。 みんなも……本当にありがとう！	Thank you, Mami-san. Everyone, thank you so much!
Kyouko	へへ……このチビたちは お前が責任を持って母犬のとこに 連れてってやれよ、まどか。	Hehe... Madoka, take these little mutts back to their mama.
Kyouko	母犬もきっと、 心配してるだろうからな。	Mama's probably worried sick for them.
Sayaka	でもマミさん、 この結界はどうします？　このまま 放っておく訳には行かないでしょ？	But, Mami-san, what do we do? We can't just leave the barrier like this.
Mami	そうね、まだ完全に活性化していない とはいえ、本格的に動き出すのは 時間の問題でしょうし……。	Right... It may not have revived completely, but it's only a matter of time before a real incident occurs.
Mami	これは何とかしないと、 いけないわね……。	We have to do something before then.

Mami	やはり、この結界をこのまま 放置する訳にはいかないわ。	We can't leave this barrier be.
Mami	連戦になるけど……、 もう一度結界に入って使い魔や 魔女の手下たちを一掃しましょう！	It will be strenuous, but let's enter the barrier again and defeat every witch minion we see in one go!
Kyouko	え～？　面倒くせーなー。 疲れたし、腹も減ったし…… あたしは、パス――	Huh? What a pain. I'm tired and hungry. I'll pass.
Sayaka	パスはなし！ ここまで来て付き合わないってのは ないんじゃないの？	Oh, no you won't! Why'd you even come here if you won't go through with it?!
Sayaka	それとも、一番お強いはずの 杏子がびびったのかなぁ？	Or is the so called strongest-among-us Kyoko too scared to do it?
Kyouko	なんだと！　……わかったよ。 やるよ。　ま、あんなの倒すのなんて カンタンだしな。	What was that?! ... Oh, I get it. Yeah, I'll do it. Beating all of those guys is way too easy for me, you'll see.
Kyouko	そうと決まれば、さっさと行くぜ！	We're set now, so let's get this over with.
Madoka	ほむらちゃん、 Playerちゃん､ 私たちも行こう！！	Homura-chan, (Player)-chan, we should hurry too!

Mami	さあ、これで最後ね。 ――ティロ・フィナーレ！	This is the last of them. Tiro Finale!
Sayaka	やったー！ さすがマミさん。 やっぱり頼りになる！！	She did it! That's Mami-san for you, she's the one we can rely on!
Madoka	すごいなー、マミさんは。 わたしも早くマミさんみたいな立派な 魔法少女になりたい！	Mami-san's amazing. I want to become a great magical girl like her someday!
Kyouko	ふん！　なんだよ、ただ使い魔を 倒しただけだろ。　あの程度なら アタシだってできるよ。	Hmph! We're just beating up familiars. I can do that too if that's all they've got.
Mami	ちょっとはりきっちゃったかしら？ でも、後輩たちの前であんまり 格好悪いところ見せられないものね。	Maybe I went a little overboard. But, I don't want to lose face before my juniors.

Mami	Playerさん、ちょっと あなたのソウルジェムを出して。	(Player)-san, show me your Soul Gem for a moment.
Mami	……そろそろ浄化したほうが いいかしら。	... It's about time we purify it.
Mami	みんな、まず新人の Playerさんに	Everyone, do you mind if our newcomer (Player)-san
Mami	グリーフシードを、 使ってあげてかまわないでしょ？	uses the Grief Seed first?
Madoka/Sayaka	もちろん！	Go right ahead!
Kyouko	それぐらいならかまわねーよ。 むしろ、アタシらよりアイツのほうが 不満なんじゃねーの？	I don't mind much. Isn't she the one who looks more upset about it than us?
Homura	……。	...

Kyouko	よお？ いつも黙ってアタシらと一緒に 戦っているけど……。	Yo. You don't say a peep and fight beside us,
Kyouko	本当はグリーフシードを あんな新人に使うのはイヤなんじゃ ねーのか？	But do you really not like that rookie using the Grief Seed?
Homura	……別に。　あれはあなたたちが 手に入れたものだから、 あなたたちで決めればいい。	... Not particularly. That was something everyone earned, and what is done with it is up to everyone's discretion.
Homura	……自分の分は自分で見つけるわ。	I'll find my portion for myself.
Sayaka	なによ、そんな言い方ないじゃない。 あいかわらず感じ悪いやつ！	What's with that attitude! You're always a creep!
Homura	……。 もう魔女はいないし、 私は行くわ……。	... The witch is gone. I'm leaving.
Madoka	……ほむらちゃん。 どうしてだろう？　もっと、 みんな仲良くできればいいのに……。	Homura-chan. Why is she like that? It would be nice if she could get along with everyone...
