Summary
Mami is killed by a witch. Kyoko is informed from Kyukey and goes to Mitakihara to receive this rich domain. But there is a new magical girl now. What will Kyoko do in the following days?
This route is unlocked after Sayaka's route without Sayaka turning into a witch.

When Kyoko is informed about Mami's death, she comes to Mitakihara. She then realizes there is a new magical girl and is unhappy with that. She decides to give Sayaka a lesson. The as in anime, Sayaka goes to visit Kyousuke, and Kyoko observes her in the viewing platform. When Sayaka is hunting Anja, Kyoko appears to fight against her. But this time, Madoka is not there. Kyubey instigates Sayaka to seek Madoka's help, but is refused. Homura appears to stop them. After Kyoko leaves, Homura thanks Sayaka for not seeking Madoka's help. But she also warns Sayaka that she will kill her if she bring Madoka hunting witches with her. Then Homura goes to game center to seek cooperation with Kyoko. Although Kyoko doesn't trust her, she accepts this combination. Meanwhile, Sayaka is going to visit Kyousuke, but there are familiars to be dealt with first. After she finally dealt with them, it's too late to visit Kyousuke since the doors of hospital is closed. One day Kyoko feels unhappy with a familiar and kills it. Kyubey comes to say it seldom to see her kill familiars. And even when killing familiars, Kyoko doesn't waste unnecessary magic, unlike Sayaka, who wastes 10 times of magic that Kyoko uses. Kyoko then asks how many grief seeds does Sayaka have. Kyubey answers she has no grief seed at all. Kyoko is astonished with this answer. She goes to stop Sayaka from hunting familiars. Kyoko asks Homura why she knows when will Walpurgis come. Homura refused to answer this, so Kyoko determines her unbelievable. in the next day, Kyoko makes a grave for Mami. Kyubey asks her why does she do such a meaningless thing. she answers she can only calm down by doing it. Maybe she is still a daughter of priest in her heart. At night, Kyoko asks Homura why she doesn't consider to cooperate with Sayaka. Homura says it impossible, and Kyoko can try this way herself. (Homura remembers how Sayaka doesn't accept any word, even from Madoka. She is doomed to destruction when she contracts. But Homura doesn't tell Kyoko.) As Kyoko sees Sayaka more and more, she begins to show her sympathy on her. She doesn't want to see another Mami. When Sayaka is depressed with Hitomi's confession, Kyoko tells Sayaka her story. The story is identical to what is shown in anime, but with more details. Kyoko felt very happy after contract. Her family was never hungry again, and she now knows Mami, as a new friend. One day, Gisela appeared in her father's church. After she destroyed the witch, however, her father saw her in magical girl's outfit. He asked what happened, and Kyoko honestly answered everything. Her father then went outside to tell everyone what he taught was wrong and should be in opposite. Everyone accepted his new speech immediately. He then knew they were not coming from faith, but from magic instead. He called himself a demon, and her daughter a witch, and everyone also answered the same way. Finally he killed his wife and Kyoko's sister and hanged himself. After this, Kyoko separated from Mami and returned to Kasamino. Kyoko suggests Sayaka to fight for herself only, but Sayaka refuses. She points out that Kyoko is not that selfish. Kyoko is only in frustration after a backfire. She is willing to even fight for Kyoko's sake. In the next day, Sayaka sees Kyousuke and Hitomi together. Madoka is worried about her so they talks at school. Sayaka thanks her concern and then goes to the station, where Kyoko meets her again. Kyoko tries to comfort Sayaka, but Sayaka says it too late. Then Sayaka turns into Oktavia. Kyoko tries to call Sayaka back but is in vain. Homura comes and brings her away. Same as in anime, they meets Madoka and Homura explains everything. In the next day, Kyoko brings Madoka to Oktavia's barrier, trying to turn Sayaka back. but at the center of the barrier, it vanishes. Homura comes to them, saying to prevent Kyoko's sacrifice, she killed Oktavia already. Kyoko is in fury with this. Then there are 2 possible endings, depending on how dark Kyoko's soul gem is. 1. Kyoko does not become a witch. Kyoko tells Homura that she thinks Sayaka as her last hope. She really wants to kill Homura. But she is stopped by Madoka, saying that Sayaka won't hope that. Then she tells Homura she won't help Homura any more, and leave there with Madoka. In the church, Kyoko blames Madoka not to cry every time. She also tells Madoka not to make contract. It won't do anything good to become a magical girl for others' sake. Then Walpurgis comes. Kyoko thinks Homura is hiding herself and running away, but after feeling the shock from that battle, she knows Homura does fight against Walpurgis. Although she is unwilling to go, she is still asking herself what Mami and Sayaka will do in such a condition. After calling herself an idiot, and explaining herself not for Homura's sake, she goes to fight Walpurgis. But Walpurgis is too powerful to be defeated by those two, She and Homura are both hurt. Madoka comes here to help them, and makes a contract to destroy Walpurgis immediately. However, she then turns into Kriemhild Gretchen, kills Kyoko in single shot. Homura then resets the timeline. 2. Kyoko becomes a witch. Kyoko becomes Ophelia and finally killed by Homura. Then Walpurgis comes. Everything is the same as 4th timeline and Homura finally resets timeline. |
