A number of official manga have been published for the series.

Anime Manga

The following three series began during or after the initial broadcast of the anime.

Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (魔法少女まどか☆マギカ)

A direct adaptation of the anime, that used the same source material and was developed in parallel with the anime production. It was published as three volumes. The first volume was released on February 12 2011, the second on March 12, 2011, and the third and final volume was released on May 30th, 2011.

Mahou Shoujo Kazumi Magica: The Innocent Malice (魔法少女かずみ☆マギカ〜The innocent malice〜)

The first spin-off manga featuring different characters. It started serialization in the Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine on January 24, 2011 and ended on November 24, 2012. The first volume was released on May 12, 2011, the second on October 12, 2011, the third on March 12, 2012, the fourth on September 12, 2012, and the fifth and final volume was released on January 12, 2013.

Mahou Shoujo Oriko Magica (魔法少女おりこ☆マギカ)

The second spin-off manga, which was released after the anime broadcast. The first volume was released on May 12, 2011, and the second and final volume was released on June 13, 2011.

A bonus manga, titled Mahou Shoujo Oriko Magica [Betsu Hen] (魔法少女おりこ☆マギカ [別編]), was released on September 12, 2013 and contains stories originally published in Manga Time Kirara Magica.

Movie Manga

Beginnings and Eternal

Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica - The Different Story(魔法少女まどか☆マギカ　～The different story～)

The third spin-off manga, which was released after the premiere of the the first two Madoka Magica Movies. The first volume was released on October 12, 2012, the second on October 19, 2012 and the third and final volume was released on on November 12, 2012.

Rebellion

The following four series began after the premiere of the Rebellion movie.

Gekijouban Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika [Shinpen] Hangyaku no Monogatari (劇場版 魔法少女まどか☆マギカ [新編]叛逆の物語)

A direct adaptation of the Rebellion movie. It will be published as three volumes. The first volume was released on November 12 2013.

[Shinyaku] Mahou Shoujo Oriko Magica: Sadness Prayer ([新約] 魔法少女おりこ☆マギカ ～sadness prayer～)

The sequel to Oriko Magica. It began serialization in Manga Time Kirara Magica on November 8, 2013.

Mahou Shoujo Tart Magica: The Legend of "Jeanne d'Arc" (魔法少女たると☆マギカ The Legend of "Jeanne d'Arc")

A spin-off manga that began serialization in Manga Time Kirara Magica on November 8, 2013.

Mahou Shoujo Suzune Magica (魔法少女すずね☆マギカ)

The final Rebellion spin-off manga. The first volume was released on November 12, 2013 before it began serialization in the Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine on November 22, 2013.

Kirara Magica

Manga Time Kirara Magica (まんがタイムきらら☆マギカ)

The official Madoka Magica manga anthology magazine, which began on June 8, 2012. Most of the magazine's manga are comedic, non-canon works, but it also serializes a few spin-offs including the Oriko Magica continuations and Tart Magica. See the magazine's own page for a list of all of its series.
