Summary

A magical girl who cheers for everyone and glows with cheerfulness. She loves baseball and at school, she cheers for the baseball team members as a cheerleader. She's also the baseball team manager and acts as everyone’s supporter all year long without rest.

Her elder brother is an ace baseball player. On the day of the regional finals he got a terrible fever. His team were running on few members, and if he didn't play they would be disqualified. She had to support her brother which is why she contracted and makes such a natural cheerleader.

Side Story

Natsuki, Akira Shinobu, and Kaede Akino are fighting the witch Stacey. Natsuki goes to take the final blow, but Akira stops her, saying that Natsuki's soul gem is too dark to safely use any more magic. Akira says she'll take care of the witch, but Akira's soul gem is almost at its limit, so Natsuki doesn't let her. Natsuki knows that Kaede still has plenty of magic left, so she offers Kaede the last hit, but Kaede is too scared to do it. Akira says she will kill the witch, but Natsuki stops her again. Natsuki turns back to Kaede and encourages her, saying that she knows Kaede can do it, and that even if she fails, she won't be alone.

Etymology

• The characters of her last name mean "sky" (空) and "ear"(穂), respectively.
• The characters of her first name mean "summer" (夏) and "rare"(希), respectively.
