The Puella Magi Wiki is One Year Old! It has been one year since this wiki started, the day after Episode 2 aired. At that time, the wiki was mainly meant to gather the theories, speculation and findings discussed in the Madoka Threads, and not that much of canon or official information. It is only after that that it started to grow and include other kinds of information.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica has had a three-volume BD/DVD release confirmed by Aniplex USA, with a special collector's box announced and Madoka's, Kyuubey's, and Sayaka's VAs announced. Pre-orders go up Oct. 17th, and the first volume will be released February 14th. Details here.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica won awards in twelve categories, including best TV animation and director, in NewType's new annual anime awards. Madoka previously won another award this year, Anime Kobe 2011 TV Feature Award.

The sixth (and last) volume of Puella Magi Madoka Magica is now available in Japan.
Along with the two last episodes of the series, and the usual booklet (including Ume Aoki's 4koma), this volume is also shipped with the third part of the soundtrack (containing some of the most-awaited tracks of the series).

The fifth Blu-Ray/DVD volume is out! It contains Episodes 9 and 10, as well as the third Drama CD, Sayaka and Kyoko's character song, and the usual 4koma by Aoki Ume.

On the 8th of August a PSP game was announced. The game will be a dungeon adventure RPG featuring the original storyline including new plots. There are 2 editions planned: Regular edition: 6480 yen Limited Edition: 11900 yen. Includes a figma (Madoka School Uniform ver.), BD, QB Pouch, Handkerchief and more
