Riz first appears in chapter 1 after asking Tart if she was alright after waking up. Riz also states that Tart always has her head in the clouds and hasn't matured. | |||
Riz then heads out with the others after hearing reports of a witch. After arriving at the fort and finding Minou controlling another magical girl to fight for her, Riz saves Tart from getting attacked and enters the witch barrier after Minou turns the girl into a witch. Riz and the others defeat the witch and see that the fort has been reclaimed. | |||
Later on, it is revealed that Riz saved Tart and her sister Catherine from a witch years before, and since then the two became friends.
