Sayaka Miki (Haregi ver.) is a version of Sayaka Miki that debuted in the mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record. She is just Sayaka with an alternate outfit.

- The last scene of her transformation sequence resembles Hokusai's Great Wave Off Kanegawa.
- Her magia attack shows Sayaka and her enemies in stark silhouette. Her attacks and the imagery are reminiscent of her fight with Elsa Maria in Episode 7.
- The song played in the first half of her transformation is Debussy's Clair de Lune. Debussy is mentioned in Episode 4 when Kyousuke says he's listening to The Girl with the Flaxen Hair and Sayaka identifies it as Debussy. Kyousuke later plays The Girl with the Flaxen Hair in Episode 6, when Sayaka goes to his house, but doesn't enter.
