Summary

A Magical Girl who has been fighting for years and also the young new leader of the Tokime Clan who's determined to restore her clan to their former ideals after deposing its corrupt leadership. As she's lived in the secluded Tokime Village all of her life, she's having trouble adjusting to modern city life in Kamihama.

Etymology

• The characters of her last name mean "time" (時) and "woman" (女) respectively.
• The characters of her first name mean "quiet" (静) and "incense" (香) respectively.

Trivia

• She has been living in the secluded Tokime Village all her life and has a lot of trouble adjusting when they go to Kamihama. It is shown that she only see trains in photos, seldom travelling by cars, even doesn't know what a smartphone and IC card is. At one point she even gets stuck on the subway turnstile and having trouble using a vending machine.
