Her minions have tied down one of her legs so that she doesn’t drift right off the roof and go missing, and have locked the rooftop door to confine her there. To combat this, all the minions have taken to carrying many duplicate keys… which means intruders can gain access to the rooftop just by defeating a single minion. Their security’s a sieve.
