The questions beyond 57 are missing because I haven't seen any translation of them. If any exists, post a link, otherwise we'll have to wait for somebody to survive the low image quality and finish it.

Someone translated it on /a/ from >>47707644 on. If you can read this before it archives: http://images.4chan.org/u/src/1301760979384.png. One other note, #94 should read "I would want to be Mom and Dad's daughter again." The again is left-out in the original translation.

On question 46, Madoka thinks her dad is cool?...

Altered question 46 to make it clear Madoka is talking about a husband that is like her mom in character and not her dad. Based on two people's translations here >>>/u/1040598 and >>>/u/1040601, although someone with fluent knowledge is welcome to verify that.

Fact checks

All questions "scans" except Madoka one are fan-made. We shouldn't mix official source and fan-made in the same page, so I've removed them for the time being to avoid any further confusions. --0x99 23:59, 30 March 2011 (BST)

Further clarify about two scans: they're made by folks in 2ch around February. The only one in Ani-Com Vol.35 is Madoka one (Q1~50). The second part was distributed in Comike (Q51~100). If you look closely at the other two, you can clearly see text in other twos are subpixel antialiased, which means those text are edited. I'll took me some times to find the original post in 2ch, wait a bit. --0x99 23:56, 30 March 2011 (UTC)

It should be "Would be nice if I can find a cool husband as my Mama did"...

It is "ママみたいに" instead of ママみたいな.

Not that I know any moon, but googling it, it sounds like mitai ni is an adverb or describes the way something is done, and mitai na is an adjective or describes something's attributes? The character on the image does look like a ni. KM 11:02, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
