I don't believe it ever said what her original wish was, but there are several hints of her using servant girls to make contracts and then one flashback in which she tortures a girl until she makes a wish her their benefit. Coincidentally, they show this flashback right before they show Corbeau's new ability Danse Macabre. My thoughts are she coerces others into make wishes for their benefit and this is how she is able to lose/gain new abilities. :Corbeau's wish is currently unknown and you are correct that it was never mentioned in Tart Magica; she also made her contract with Isabeau rather than Kyubey. However, I think Corbeau does have an original ability, which is manipulating corruption and forcing it on others ([http://muketsu.info/magireco/character/taruto/%E3%82%B3%E3%83%AB%E3%83%9C%E3%83%BC.html this site mentions it] I believe, and it's also where I got Isabeau's colored picture). I don't believe it ever said what her original wish was, but there are several hints of her using servant girls to make contracts and then one flashback in which she tortures a girl until she makes a wish her their benefit.
