Well, anyway, sorry for rushed edits. I was acting on too much emotion, I think I need to go take more lessons from Kyubey about staying calm. I also haven't been checking recent edits thorough enough, that's the reason for the little edit war, and that's obviously also my fault, sorry about that. But just... if the the problem is the page title, there's always the ''move'' feature ;) --[[User:KFYatek|kFYatek]] 02:18, 16 November 2011 (UTC)

I'm probably gonna buy this. I'm not enough of a masochist to do 224 pages of literary analysis. Is there a chapter you guys really want? --Sae, (sometime) July 18th

If I really, really had to choose, the second chapter. But I would really prefer if we could have some wiki or IRC project translating the whole book until we get a C&D.Calibre 06:34, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
I would say since you're the one reading it that I would leave it to your discretion. I think for fans probably the most interesting thing would be to see a summary, even if it's just a few sentences per chapter, and then maybe some highlights of key/interesting points you find. That is probably more of an interest than seeing a chapter translated. I also seriously doubt anyone is going to take on a project to translate the whole thing. It's difficult enough trying to find someone willing to translate 30 magazine pages or doujin. Also if someone really is interested in helping to translate Madoka-related information, we have a sizeable wish list. With more scans available as soon as some of that backlog is gone. --randomanon 06:38, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

I'm unsure where to link this to, but it deserved it's own page. Especially if/when we see books in the future for Madoka. --randomanon 14:21, 7 July 2011 (UTC)

Kind of tricky, this isn't an official document from the creators, but it's not exactly a fan blog either. I guess the intertextuality and literature section in articles is as good as anything. Also, someone make a contract to translate the whole thing. And then dump it on /a/. Every day until they like it. But more seriously, getting formal literary criticism is a good thing for the anime industry. KM 15:47, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
Any idea who will be the publisher? I think we need to post as much info as possible --Mutopis 19:55, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
The info is linked. Publisher, pricing everything. There's nothing more to really know until it actually gets released sometime next month. --randomanon 20:01, 7 July 2011 (UTC)

If the population dynamic thread got cited on the super-decrypt book, does that mean homura-chan, I, and the other editors of that page are officially published authors? - Prima 08:10, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

Recent edits, redirects and stuff like that

OK, so my recent edits made some mess here. Randomanon, you moved Super Decryption and Cage Named Maturity out of here, citing excessive length as a reason. And you didn't turn this page into some kind of an index, but added links to Translated Official Documents Miscellaneous#Opinion Articles and Books on Madoka instead. OK, I agree with you that stuff needs to be verified and so before moving into more "official" pages like "translated official documents" (quality of pages linked from there vary greatly, though). But, well, if we're going to move things out of here ("Literature"), this page no longer serves any purpose. That was my reasoning behind moving "Talk Until You Drop" out as well. Translated Official Documents Miscellaneous#Opinion Articles and Books on Madoka is taking over the function of this page. Keeping this page just seems like a huge inconsistency to me.

Unless it's just going to be an "incubator" for future literature pages, then I guess it's more or less OK, sorry for trouble then, go delete (or clear) Talk Until You Drop. But please just clearly state the purpose of this page, then. --kFYatek 02:12, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
