Current Events

I delete the current events section, since it wasn't being maintained and the NA server has long since shut down. There were some timer things commented out there that might be theoretically useful somewhere, so I've pasted the code for them below. If they are needed somewhere else, or if someone wants to maintain a similar current events page for the JP server, they should probably be turned into templates.
