::Possibly. They showed up in the Tsumugi event and according to their files they're named "諸勢力モブ" which as far as I can tell translate to Force Mob. Considering they're identical, they could be creations of the Kimochi or possibly part of Folklore of Zero. I'm not entirely sure yet.
