I think we should change the name and pages to "Tart Magica" instead of "Taruto Magica". "Tart" is clearly the intended English/French word, as that is the spelling used in the official logo (seen on the first chapter page that's also linked on the series main page) and that "Tart" is Jeanne's nickname and an alternate spelling of the real person's surname.
