Arguments:
- Status
- Optional. May be TR (translation request), VT (verify translation), SR (source not identified), VS (verify source), OK (default option, both the source and the translation are trusted)
- id
- A unique identifier (integer) for the document
- image
- Optional. A scan of the document, if available. If not, File:No Image Wide.svg will be used instead
- source
- The source of the document. Displayed below the image
- text
- The actual article translated
- notes
- Additional anotations, if any
