This is a Madoka illustration doujin book that was sold at Comic Market 80. It is composed of illustrations by many major figures involved in the production of the Madoka Magica anime, such as the seiyuu and all members of the Magica Quartet, as well as other notable figures in the anime industry. The promotional video shows some examples of the illustrations in this doujin.
