Summary
The Goddess keeping watching over magical girls from past to future and from the present to the other side of the universe. She, who is omniscient, knows all the magical girls and blesses them. However, she found a magical girl she does not know for the first time in her life.

Madoka finds she can't see the future of the universe, and wonders if she should interfere or not. Madoka then notices Iroha Tamaki. It's revealed Iroha was never supposed to have become a magical girl.
Madoka tries to find the point of divergence. She looks at the life of Yachiyo Nanami, but found her life to be the same way it was in other universes. Madoka searches for other girls connected to Iroha to see if she can pinpoint the divergence, but finds nothing. Finally Madoka looks at Iroha's own life...and is stunned to find the only difference from other timelines is Iroha knocking away a pebble. Madoka calls it the butterfly effect and wonders why it happened. It's hinted Homura may have something to do with it. Madoka notes that at some point, she'd be able to change the timeline, but also might destroy it. Madoka thinks she might have to interfere anyway.

- She is the first character in the game to have a second magia attack rather than a doppel.
- It's possible this is due to her defeating her own witch in the anime.
- She is also the first character to have an inherent passive skill independent of a memoria, known as "EX Skill".
