As a preparation for The Glorious Double Return of Madoka Thursday next week, I'm currently rewatching the series along with rereading the manga and listing all the notable differences between the two. See here for a work-in-progress article. I expect to have it completed around Tuesday or Wednesday. Sadly, it won't be ready for main namespace before The Final Broadcast, but I hope to have at least a rough version completed by then.
