Homulilly is Homura Akemi's witch form first appeared in Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable game and design materials in special discs. She is a Witch of Mortal World (此岸の魔女) with a disc on top of her and infinite sign.

In Madoka Magica Portable if player lost to Walpurgis Night in Homura's story, there will be a dialogue of Homura losing hope and an illustration of Homulilly before the Game Over screen appears. The dialogue is as follows:
