The image on the right-hand side is taken from a booklet enclosed with BD volume 3. It's almost certainly a production design by Gekidan Inu Curry-- the general style is very, very similar to their own ([1] [2]), and it being an early piece of concept art would explain why Hanokage's version resembles it more closely than the anime.
