The image on the right-hand side is taken from a booklet enclosed with BD volume 3. It's almost certainly a production design by Gekidan Inu Curry-- the general style is very, very similar to their own, and it being an early piece of concept art would explain why Hanokage's version resembles it more closely than the anime.
