Summary
This is the only one choice initially. The story is almost the same as in anime. The result is different, however. Since there is only one ending, it is nothing to be worried about, and others' points of view can be understood with this route. This can also be viewed as introduction to the game.

The story of this route is almost identical as in anime. However, Homura fails to shoot Kyubey in time so Madoka finally makes a contract and becomes a magical girl. Homura shoots Kyubey and resets timeline. |
