Asuka Tatsuki (New Year's Dragon God ver.) is one of the original characters of the 2017 mobile game Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record. She is just Asuka Tatsuki wearing an alternate outfit.

Summary
A magical girl who took on the appearance of a dragon god, who is said to have been the founder of the Tatsuki family. Her New Year's resolution is to "calm the ripples within her mirror", but there is currently little hope that she'll be able to achieve it. She has a golden mallet of fortune, but when she shakes it, it doesn't grant her wishes, so she's struggling to do something about it on her own.
Doppel Description
The Doppel of assault. Its form is a Mikoshi. The master of this emotion is hesitant to stand out so much, but seems to be enjoying herself nonetheless.
The Doppel converts the size of its master’s joy into light that radiates from within its body. On top of that, it also expresses said joy by causing money and treasures such as koban coins to erupt from the places it attacks. Those who are blinded by its wicked light and swarm to it like flies will be struck on the head by the Doppel, as if to say “how dare you succumb to worldly passions so soon after New Year’s!”. This rids them of their worldly passions… but also their life, so nobody actually manages to grab hold of the treasure.
The Doppel also fears that its brightly-shining master is actually the one most consumed by worldly passion, but it’s turning a blind eye.
