[[Kosane Kiriha]] tells the reader that her story has now, finally, reached its climax. She then describes the contents of a climax: a rapid development, a shock, and a truth. She then promises the reader that a shocking truth does await you. She then asks if the reader remembers what she said at the start of the story. "This is the record of a crime." She also adds that she gave a spoiler, saying that she is the perpetrator.

She then asks herself who she is. She answers that she is Kosane Kiriha, but she disagrees. She says that the Kosane that once existed and was once her identity is no more, instead giving way to her transformation caused by the train's explosion. She explains that she was fused with the [[Time Railroad|''Time Loop Railroad Express 107'']], pieces of the track, and the many [[Kyubey]]s that she was carrying. Becoming something above humanity, she gained the power to transcend the three-dimensional world and gain both temporal wisdom and spatial intuition from the Railroad and the Kyubeys respectively.

Finishing her explanation, she explains what she is currently seeing: the [[Magi Wars]]. The struggle between the ''Homo sapiens'' and the ''[[Homo magica]]'' and the tragic events that [[Coeurl]] told her. The ''Homo magica'', upon their birth, rose up and began an uprising against the Incubators. Starting a war, the ''Homo magica'' destroyed and exploited the world that once destroyed and exploited them. She decides to turn back time and observe the world's regression. Space stations deconstruct before her eyes, and the explosions of war give way to peace. This is a time, she says, where girls could make a contract and then be forgotten by history.

Kosane then describes the change of technology. Wormholes give in to antimatter, antimatter to nuclear fusion, nuclear fusion to nuclear fission, and nuclear fission finally gives way to chemical reaction-powered rockets. The reach of humanity steadily retracts from the Orion Arm as the clock winds back before settling in the same solar system where they originated. Eventually, all types of interplanetary travel disappear and leave humanity alone on Earth. Looking down on the world, she suddenly has a realization.

The world she is viewing now is the world that she once knew, and the world she used to live in. This, the world she is seeing, is the Earth of 2021. She begins wishing desperately to go back to 2021, to regain the time she lost and accept the world for what it is. She no longer reaches for the past, and instead clings to the present. Tearing through the wall that separates her and 2021, Her consciousness converges into the center of the world, the starting point of the whole story. She once again becomes Kosane Kiriha.

Opening her eyes, she is overwhelmed by nostalgia. The feeling of flesh and bones overwhelms her, the feeling of being bound to time and space overwhelming her even more.

Yes, she says, this is where her story truly began. This is her room in March 2021.

Suddenly, an object that was apparently in her hands crashes to the floor. A bag of coffee grounds spills everywhere, and she stares at it without any tool to pick it up. A kettle boils in the kitchen, and a memory hits her. In the next moment, she will crack her head open and discover she has no skull. In the next moment, Kyubey will show up. In the next moment, she will enter the future.

Kosane decides to wait for the future to come, sitting down. She waits, and waits, and waits. The sun sets, but Kyubey has not arrived. Is the future she experienced never going to come, she questions herself? If that's the case, then she considers herself to be free. She can live her life and approach the future bravely, each step a new experience. Looking back, she monologues, she realizes how foolish she was. Little does Kosane know, she says, the year of 2021 is a trap for her specifically, set by [[Eruna Kiriha|someone she knows very well]].

But, the Kosane of the present believes she is free. She thinks of this as a new start for her, another chance to experience life. Suddenly, she remembers the reason this entire journey began. She is nothing and will always be nothing. She will never accomplish anything, but she can at least try and move on. As she resolves to do her best, time moves on. A second, then a minute, then an hour, then a day, and then a whole month pass. Despite the world seeming like a utopia, she begins to realize the apparent problems in her perfect world.

The passage of time is dark and dismal. She describes it as though time itself is made of needles, and every second pierces the needles deeper into her body. She begins to notice incessant laughter echoing through spacetime. All around her, the voices of the ''Homo magica'' remind her that there is no world in which she can escape her torment.

From here, Kosane finally acknowledges her situation for what it truly is, and what we already know it to be: a trap. This year of 2021 is a locked room mystery filled with the voices of the ''Homo magica''. As the voices grow louder and louder, Her will begins to break. By July of 2021, she says that she can no longer leave her room. Instead, she locked herself in her closet and attempts desperately to block out the noise. Soon, October of 2021 begins, and she remarks that her battle with 2021 has entered a new phase.

On an October morning, Kosane goes to the mirror and stares at herself. The problem is, she realizes, that she isn't the one staring back at her. This face wears a carefree, innocent, and wicked smile. It's an unnerving smile that shakes her to her core. It's the smile of Eruna Kiriha. At last, she surmises, Eruna has appeared before her. By instinct, she punches the mirror and breaks it into hundreds of pieces. Eruna fades away, but she knows this isn't the end of her torment. As if to prove her point, her blood forms into words on the ground.

Kosane quickly smears away the letters, her entire body shaking with terror. She tells herself that Eruna is dead and can't harm her, but it doesn't calm her fears. Fear soon becomes a part of her mind, engraving itself into her very life. As a result of her despair, her health deteriorates rapidly. She can't sleep, yet she is endlessly tired. She stops eating. She stops drinking. The thought of consuming anything terrifies her, unable to eat any solid food. The moment she forces herself to drink anything, she instantly vomits or suffers from diarrhea.

Lamenting her fate, December soon arrives. Kosane looks in her room, and realizes something terrifying. On the other side of her room, she is hanging. In this locked room mystery, a death has occurred. She begins to investigate, asking questions about the murder that has taken place. She tells us (as the witness) that she is the one who killed herself, and Kosane (as the spectator) agrees. The spectator says that she is the victim ''and'' the murderer.

She then resolves that she will not sit idly by while she commits suicide. She will break 2021 and save herself ''from'' herself, using her power to repeat the horrid year as many times as it takes. The Kosane of the now reveals to us that she repeated 2021 as many as one trillion times, and each time the victim is found dead by the investigator by the end of December 31st, 2021. No matter what she tries, she always ends up dead. Poisoning, starving, jumping off of a bridge, burning, drowning, electrocution, gaseous poison inhalation. No matter what, she ends up dead. Each and every year, Kosane kills and is killed by herself. After so many repetitions, the causal order of 2021 begins to crumble.

She now realizes what Kyubey meant when he said that spacetime collapses around her. Like an ouroboros, she says, her own actions have determined her fate. By repeating 2021, she has doomed herself to die endlessly. Kosane then applauds her own murder case, saying that the whole process is well thought-out. Each apparent conclusion leads to another introduction, and each introduction leads to a conclusion. In order to reach the final conclusion, the entire case must be observed. In order to solve the ultimate case, she must be the ultimate detective. After all, the ultimate detective could solve this mystery and find the ultimate culprit. She deduces that she is not the actual mastermind of this murder, and is simply the accomplice. No, the true killer is somewhere else. The true killer is the one who locked her in 2021, and the one who forced her on the track to suicide. Yes, if she follows this reasoning, the true and ultimate conclusion will reveal itself.

Before she can get there, though, she must answer three questions.

Kosane answers the third question easily. We, humanity, are the ''Homo sapiens'' that will one day become the ''Homo magica''. Then, two questions remain. She decides to answer the first question before anything else. In order to understand her suicide, she reasons, she must find out her past. Although trapped in 2021, she can use the Time Railroad to create an illusion of living through the past. She views the moment that the Incubators touched down on earth 75,000 years ago.

Despite not being able to comprehend the thoughts of the Incubators, Kosane tries to describe it despite knowing that she is mistaken. Considering their situation, she says, it's sad. The Incubators are not afraid of the end of the universe and are simply trying to stave off the worst outcome. Without any concept of death, they attempt to protect their world despite knowing that its death is unavoidable. On their quest to break thermodynamics, the Incubators found the human race. In exchange for harvesting the emotional energy of human girls, humanity gained survival, civilization and evolution.

When the Incubators first arrived, humanity was in grave danger. A volcanic disaster had claimed the world, wiping out the ''[[wikipedia:Homo erectus|Homo erectus]]'' and nearly ending humanity as a whole due to the deep freeze that followed. However, a single girl's contract saved humanity and, in the following years, more and more wishes and Magical Girls allowed human expansion across the globe. Eventually, the expanding groups met with their closest relatives, the ''[[wikipedia:Neanderthal|Homo neanderthalensis]]''. In a one sided massacre, humanity wiped out the Neanderthals using Magical Girls. To the advantage of humanity, the Neanderthals could not perceive magic in any way. By being able to perceive what is beyond reason, humanity could dominate and kill the Neanderthals without any struggle. Kosane then describes the [[wikipedia:Behavioral modernity|cognitive shift]] that occurred in humanity to allow their domination, mentioning the theory coined by [[wikipedia:Yuval Noah Harari|Yuval Noah Harari]] that describes the "Cognitive Revolution". While Yuval was unable to find an answer as to why the revolution occurred, she says she was able to find the answer.

Simply, she says that the Cognitive Revolution is actually the Magical Girl Revolution. Why can we imagine, perceive and thrive? It's because of Magical Girls. The creation of Magical Girls pressured humanity into evolution, pushing Magical Girls to become more powerful and provide more energy needed by the Incubators. And, at the same time, a third being was created that dictated the evolution of humanity.

Stories. Fiction. Fantasy. What started as a record of the past turned into a record of the present and of the imagination. Relationships born in stories affect the real world, strengthening the energy released by Magical Girls. By documenting relationships, the feelings can transcend generations. She says that stories exist to simulate relationships, creating a template for all relationships to come. The emotional bonds in the real world were an accidental side effect. With the creation of stories comes another question:

After all the relationships and fictional lives documented in stories, why are documents still being created? Kosane says that the question may seem peculiar and unanswerable, but counters that the answer is actually quite simple. Humanity only exists because we serve as cattle to the Incubators. Our story is that of tools, endlessly used to stave off the inevitable. Chattel bred by the narrative create stronger relationships and create more emotional energy, and the ''Homo magica'', despite their best efforts not to be cattle, are the perfect example. They are slaves to the narrative, endlessly creating better and better relationships in an attempt to break the chain of their slavery. With this, Kosane finds an answer to her locked-room murder.

Kosane realizes what she must do as both the ultimate detective and the null Magical Girl. This endeavor she is about to pursue is called '''"Project Null-A World"'''. Our worldview, she explains, has been dominated and domesticated by stories of relationships, and can be thought of as [[wikipedia:Aristotle|Aristotle's]] world. In his world, everything was made of earth, air, fire and water, with each element corresponding to a specific purpose. In his theory, the entire world is born of the relationships between these elements. Similar to his theory of the world, the cognitive world that ''Homo sapiens'' thrive in is built off the relationships between people. In contrast, the cognitive world of the Neanderthals was more "Null-A" (non-Aristotelian). At the root of their cognition is physics. As a result, fiction and fantasy has no place in the world of the Neanderthals.

Therefore, she theorizes, her mission is to create a Null-A cognitive world for humanity. This, she says, is her ultimate purpose as both the ultimate master detective and the null Magical Girl. And, in order to establish a Null-A world, the propagation of stories must be prevented. And so, launching her boat onto the river of time, Kosane sets out to kill stories.

Arriving at year 1440 in the [[wikipedia:Holy Roman Empire|Holy Roman Empire]], specifically [[wikipedia:Strasbourg|Strasbourg]], she moors her boat at a pier. The center of the medieval world, Strasbourg is the exact place she needs to be to enact her plan. To rewrite history, a drastic change must be created. She checks her pocket watch and watches for her target. On cue, a man runs around frantically with a metal plate in his hands. Kosane approaches him and uses a scrap wooden plank to bash his skull in. He collapses and she tells us that the man is [[wikipedia:Johannes Gutenberg|Johannes Gutenberg]], the creator of the letterpress printer and, by extension, the perpetrator of the expansion of stories. She beats him again and again until she is certain of his death, watching his brain as it splatters on the cobblestone. With this, she thinks, her mission to save the world has been completed.

However, before she can celebrate, Eruna appears in front of her. She tells Kosane that she is such a "bad girl" for killing Gutenberg. Kosane is paralyzed with fear on seeing her sister, unable to speak, unable to move, as though she is a "frog ensnared by a snake". Slowly, Eruna raises her hand to her prey with her index and middle finger pointed outward, mimicking the sound of a gun as she pulls her hand back. With that, time begins to rewind. Gutenberg comes back to life as if nothing happens, carrying his letterpress printer and carrying on without a second thought. Eruna laughs and smiles at her at the dismay she shows. Her smile is pure, innocent, and cruel.

Suddenly, able to move, she runs and jumps into the river, not even considering the thought of getting a boat. She forces herself to swim away from Eruna, to escape. However, she appears in her way again. Kosane admits to us that she is terrified, asking if this is how her detective act ends, the end of a helpless and pathetic loser? In her fear, she accepts her desire. She wants power, the power to be the ultimate detective. That power, she realizes, can only come from one place, the only thing large enough to give her enough power: '''The Universe'''.

She says that the universe has spoken to her, informing her that it is a living information system built on intelligent response with only one goal: '''to oppose Magical Girls'''. The universe is able to, if it has enough will, destroy the existence of Magical Girls entirely. But why would it have such power? The universe is a reproducing organism, and each universe gives birth to a new universe with new singularities that will birth even more universes. The black hole universes produce even more offspring, causing the universe to eventually become a black hole. And, as is natural for all black holes, the universe is destined to experience a massive heat death. However, the existence of Magical Girls and ''Homo magica'' prevents that natural death from occurring, artificially extending the life of the universe and the stars inside of it. Being stable is unnatural to the universe, so it created an immune system to eliminate magical girls and keep the fate as inescapable as it was before.

This cosmic appendix is what Kosane needs to use, the symmetry chrysalis of the universe. Inside, she finds, is in the same conditions as the Big Bang, the preservation of the beginning of all things. With the beginning, everything exists. The symmetry it leads to is the acceptance of change to the constancy of the universe. When the symmetry breaks, the laws of the world and physical constants are realized. This means that the chrysalis of symmetry is the creator of possibilities, the possibility for a new world yet to be determined.

By harnessing the infantile chrysalis, she can direct the course of the world. She can change physical and universal constants by determining the type of world the chrysalis will become. It's this power that she decides to use to kill Gutenberg. By manipulating the [[wikipedia:Planck constant|Planck constant]] and making the atomic particle's position uncertain and variable, she moves Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune closer to the Sun. Then, by increasing the [[wikipedia:Wave function|wave function]], she can restore Planck's constant to how it was before.

The following can only be described as chaos. The gas giants begin to merge with the Sun, spinning around it faster and faster as they approach closer and closer. The magnetic fields of the planets pull the surface of the Sun away, thereby destroying and reassembling their magnetic fields. This destruction and reconstruction creates massive releases of energy, creating a star system-spanning [[wikipedia:Solar wind|solar wind]], destroying the atmosphere of Earth as the giants approach the sun. And, when they finally make contact, the Sun explodes and destroys the solar system. As a result, Gutenberg dies. She has succeeded.

But, just like before, Eruna appears and chastises her for destroying the solar system. Firing her finger-gun again, she reverses the death of the solar system and returns everything to its natural state. But this time, Kosane doesn't give up. She has the power now to change the world as she pleases. She merges [[wikipedia:Neutron star|neutron stars]] and fires [[wikipedia:Gamma-ray bursts|gamma-ray bursts]] at the Earth. She drops [[wikipedia:Strange quark|strange quarks]] onto Earth and watch as ordinary matter gets transformed into [[wikipedia:Strange matter|strange matter]]. She manipulates [[wikipedia:Scalar field|scalar fields]] and creates localized [[wikipedia:Big Rip|big rips]] as a result. She refuses to give up. 

However, each time she destroys the world, Eruna undoes it. No matter what she does, the fruits of her labor are always wasted. Kosane resolves that she can't rely on the power of the universe, not even if she uses the entire universe as her weapon, since Eruna is too strong. She needs a new idea if she is going to succeed, a new solution. She then realizes the reason Eruna is so strong compared to her. Kosane can only work with the limited power of the universe. If she could find a way to transcend those limits, the theory of everything, then she might be powerful enough to overcome her. That way to transcend it is the emotional energy harvested from Magical Girls.

"It's finally my turn," the Kyubey inside of her says.

The railroad fused her with the Incubators. She, herself, is part Incubator. She can form contracts, harvest emotional energy, create Magical Girls. By jumping through timelines, she forms contracts with the girls with the largest karmic potential and forms the emotional energy she harvests into a weapon to fight Eruna. However, each time, she is defeated. No matter what she does, she can't stand up to her. Is there any girl with enough karmic potential to save her? Someone who is entwined with the endless fate of the entire universe?

Kosane jumps into one more timeline, finding a single cell, a fertilized zygote. This cell will, one day, become a human being. Suddenly, the zygote splits into two beings with two separate futures. Two twins, Kosane and Eruna. Their future is locked in battle, a battle that decides the fate of the universe. ''This'' is the potential she needs. If she can harvest the emotional energy from these two, then she could finally defeat Eruna and save the world.

They, both Kosane and the Incubator, propose a contract to the eggs. While these beings that are yet to be human cannot answer, they still have a wish. A wish that can overcome entropy, a wish that can change their destiny. The cells begin to divide almost completely independently save for a conjoined part, the most vital part. Their brain, despite it all, is still connected. And, in the next moment, the developing brain disappears. How could it disappear right before her eyes? She says it's an interesting problem, but that she has no time to think about it. If she doesn't act now, she will be born dead. What could she possibly have that could replace the human brain?She then, in desperation, takes the Incubator cells from herself and implants it into one of the fetuses, making it survive with Incubator cells acting as its brain. She determined the future by saving herself.

Here, she relives her life up until this point. Playing with her imaginary friend Eruna, failing a contract with Kyubey, and travelling to the future. Eventually, she finds herself back in 2021, the year of the locked-room murder. But, different from before, she has the strength and the will to break through her timeline. She can transcend time, push towards super-time and escape 2021.

In the space outside of 2021, the countless possibilities of 2021, her corpses, appear and roll into a spool. Eruna appears above the spool, dancing and smiling, holding her finger-gun to Kosane. But she knows her trick now, the reason she can reverse all of her actions. She projects her own version of the timeline and takes out Kosane's interference, returning it back to the same flawed interpretation as before. Kosane pulls out her own finger-gun, the inner world's rifle, and fires. Their bullets collide and shake Eruna's version of the world. Impossibilities shatter and disappear, reshaping the world.

Eruna exclaims in excitement that she has finally returned to "us", transforming in the process. The threads of 2021 billow and unravel violently, time intertwining with itself, connecting futures. The blood-red thread, the blood sourced from Kosane's corpses, weave together in a gory display of dark love. The dress of the future flies onto Eruna and becomes three-dimensional in order to fit her. Jumping from the spool, Eruna rushes towards her sister. Before Kosane can fire back, she is kicked in the head and sent catapulting through time, through the year of 2021, into the dress of 2021. If she doesn't do anything, she will be sewn into the dress of fate. Eruna thanks her for making such a dress, and Kosane retorts that she didn't die for ''her''.

Fighting through 2021 inside of the dress, Kosane’s countless deaths and liters of blood coat the world. She fights for her future, to escape 2021 once and for all. Their fight moves on towards the end of 2021, eventually reaching December 31st, 23:59:59.99. This, she determines, is the time she will end the fight. She pulls out her ultimate move as the ultimate detective, Baritsu. <ref>As pointed out by the translator(s), Baritsu is a purposeful misspelling of [[wikipedia:Bartitsu|Bartitsu]] that was popularized by [[wikipedia:Sherlock Holmes|Sherlock Holmes]] as a Japanese martial art that keeps people from writing themselves into a corner.</ref>

The scenery changes as they reach the end of all things, and they find themselves in the convergence of the world. This is Kosane’s inner universe, as Eruna points out. She is, indeed, correct. This is her inner universe, and the end of everything. Rivers of countless versions of 2021 converge at the center, and “trees” that parody her own body, a grotesque sculpture of spines, veins and nerves.

Eruna points out to her that this is the end of their story, their final destination. Convinced, Kosane resolves that this is the final investigation, the final part of the fight between Magical Girls and non-Magical Girls. The first part of this investigation, she reminds us, is the locked-room suicide. The case already has been solved for the most part, but a culprit still hasn't been found. In order to find the culprit, the three questions from before need to be answered. While the first and third questions have been answered, the second still needs an answer:

A soul, she reminds us, is a mysterious existence that possesses the power to transcend the theory of everything. The soul is a power unbound by entropy, the holder of emotional energy. In that case, she asks another question:

Entropy is the number of possibilities. When entropy is reduced by emotional energy, the amount of possibilities decreases. This lack of possibilities is called fate, the definite ending.

Eruna applauds her for her deductions, confirming her suspicions. Continuing her theorizing, Kosane thinks back to her sister’s icy attacks, the time that they removed. Were they removed because fate could no longer affect them? When removed from the timeline, fate can no longer affect that period of time. Entropy is maximized and, as a result, the number of possibilities for the future expands until there is no guidance of fate whatsoever.

In quantum theory, the field and the particle-distinctor are equivalent entities. Therefore, there must be a particle of fate, a ''destino''. These same destinos are the forces of destiny, the existence that drives fate. Souls do the very same thing. Souls are the destinos of fate. Going into more detail, entropy reduction for the past is ''memory''. For the future, entropy reduction is ''prediction''. Memory and prediction limit the possibilities of events that could have or will occur. If both minimize entropy into zero and create one possible outcome, then they loop on themselves. Zero equals zero.

To recap, we are souls. These souls fight against entropy, the number of possibilities for the past and future. When entropy is reduced to a single possibility, it is called fate. When a period of time is unbound by fate, the entropy expands until there are infinite possibilities. Using quantum theory, let the field be defined as fate. If a field must always have a particle-distinctor, then let us call the particle-distinctor of fate a destino. Destinos are, in this case, souls. If fate, the lack of possibilities, is equivalent to the soul, the resistor of entropy, then souls are the beginning and end of all things. Souls ''are'' a time loop.

The emotional energy, the magic, inside each soul pulls us towards minimal entropy. This means that each being can, as long as it has a soul, use emotional energy. Memories and prediction are a form of magic, as entropy is controlled in order to exploit it. Stuck in an eternal time loop, souls create a sequence of events, time, and create destiny.

''Finally'', the locked-room suicide has been solved. The soul exists to fight entropy and is a machine capable of prediction and memory, of minimizing entropy. In that case, what is the function of human relations, the aggregation of souls? Human relations predict predictions, expanding and predicting, minimizing entropy in each other. Predictions always converge at a single point, the absence of entropy. Human relationships are the central point of all created timelines, the emotion being the center of that central point. Specifically, the relationships between Magical Girls are the source of all epicenters of time, the creators of timelines that scale in accordance with their karmic potential. The more karmic potential they hold, the more their destiny will ripple across time.

If humans are just creatures meant to be used, then why does suicide exist? She guesses that suicide is the self realization that the human is unable to create predictions that fit with the path fate determines, and therefore destroy themselves to correct it. Eruna tells her that she is close, wondering how she reached that conclusion, but she is missing one vital detail. Kosane agrees, reminding herself that she needs to find the perpetrator of the ultimate crime: '''the origin and creation of the soul'''.

She realizes just how basic a question and crime that is, as it endlessly reoccurs. Then, she notices something. Terrifying awareness spreads through her body like a virus that causes her sister to smile, congratulating her for noticing as she holds up a letter. This letter she holds is the same that was once inside of her own head, the one Kyubey retrieved for her. The same letter that started her path of torture and despair, of truth and mutual destruction. The letter that made her who she is.

Eruna lets go of the letter, and it is carried away by the winds of fate. She tells Kosane that this place, where they are now, is where destiny begins, the epicenter of fate. The letter, the beginning, and the confrontation, the end. This endless loop that traps them both.

After reaching that conclusion, she starts wondering about herself, who she is, where her soul came from, and what she is now. What was her wish, she asks herself finally? The wish that decided their lives when they were still connected, when they were only a single fertilized egg.

That was their wish, to be separated and to multiply. This time loop they find themselves in, unable to escape, is the cause of their wish. This time loop is them, the eternal regression that was created from their wish. The soul that she once thought was missing was surrounding her all along, looping her through time endlessly. Eruna exclaims in happiness as she hugs her sister, celebrating the eternity that they can live in and expand under. But, Kosane realizes, if that is allowed to happen, the world will be overrun by souls, unshackled by wishes. The unshackled souls that become relationships. The unshackled relationships that converge, expand fate, and create time.

Relationships strengthen themselves with symbolic narratives, the extermination of the Neanderthals at the hands of the ''Homo sapiens'' and the eventual extermination of the ''Homo sapiens'' at the hands of the ''Homo magica''. And, with the creation of the time railroad, relationships can transcend time to cover everything.

She is the reason that this has all happened, the reason for the world's destruction. It's because of her wish that relationships and souls could multiply in such a way.

She is the criminal, the cause of all of this suffering. Because of her wish, she doomed everything. She is her destiny, she is fate itself. Eruna encourages her to accept her existence and to live alongside her as destiny, to which Kosane vehemently refuses, breaking out of her hug.

Even knowing that her fight is meaningless, she struggles. Even as she falls deeper and deeper into her own despair, she fights. This unwinnable battle, all because infinite repetition is her destiny, is still going to continue. ''She'' cannot overcome ''us'', the us that will be crushed by cruelty again and again. The ''us'' will endlessly resist, even knowing that such resistance only ends again and again in tragedy.

That is her job as the Null Magical Girl, to resist the irresistible, to fight fate and turn her back on destiny.
