Wouldn't this event be called "Happy New Year's First Festival!"? the JP name is 明けまして初まつり！～恋ごころと真ごころと～, and that translates (using google translate) to "Happy New Year! First Festival! ~Love and Sincerity~". Nothing even close to The Purity of Haregi.
