Aniplex (アニプレックス) is a Japanese entertainment company. The company was founded in 1995, and is responsible for planning, production, distribution, and intellectual properties management. They are a subsidary of Sony Music Entertainment Japan. In Puella Magi series, they are responsible for planning, distribution, and IP management.
