the unknow rune in ho e could be musical for either p (hope) or s (hose (ger.) = trousers). n is also possible (hone (jap.) = bones)

It looks like it's a P whose left side got washed out by the low quality of the screenshot. I'm updating my chart with hope pending a high quality raw.
