Help:Gallery Pages
The pages in this namespace are used to collate media related to a single subject all onto one page.
When creating new pages in this namespace, please conform to the following conventions:
- The base page name (before any slashes, ie
/) should be either the full name of a character in Western order or the name of a specific work. In the latter case, it may be abbreviated if the work name is very long. Other options are possible if the subject of the page is something other than a character or a work. - Subpage names (after the first slash) can be almost anything, but in the case of specific episodes or chapters, they should be simply Chapter 2 or Episode 12 - do not include the full name of the chapter or episode.
These conventions do not apply to redirect pages, which are allowed to do anything at all to redirect to the proper form of the page.
In addition, before creating a subpage, be sure there is a corresponding base page. For example, if a particular character who doesn't have a dedicated gallery page suddenly becomes prominent in a new anime, and you wish to add a dedicated Anime Screenshots page for that character, you should first create a dedicated gallery page for all past appearances of the character and move the gallery from their character page to the new page.
